It’s hard to know where to begin when I look back on my more than four decades of work. Most recently, I served as one of the original Sharks on the ABC hit, Emmy winning TV show, “Shark Tank.” It was there that the flame of inspiration to write this book was sparked.
While my work on “Shark Tank” is my most visible success - millions of eyeballs watching each week are testament to that - I’m also known widely as the “Inventor of the Infomercial,” an “As Seen On TV” pioneer, the co-founder of the Electronic Retailers Association (ERA) and co-founder of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).
More than 20 businesses I’ve launched have reached $100 million+ in sales each. I have been involved in forming and actively managing more than a dozen public companies, have launched more that 500 products (many of which continue to contribute to a total of more than $5 billion in sales worldwide) with iconic brands and celebrities including Jack Lalanne, Tony Little, George Foreman, and more.
But more important that all of this, I am connected. I have a global rolodex that puts me in touch with the movers and shakers in just about every industry out there. When you work with me you are only a phone call away from the biggest of hitters.
